Damage Claim Form

  • Let us start off by saying that we are truly sorry that there is damage to your possessions.
  • Please fill out the information requested at the bottom to file a damage claim.
  • Your claim will be emailed to our General Manager
  • Carrier’s Liability: The household good carrier’s liability for loss or damage to any shipment is $1.20/lb per article unless the carrier and shipper agree, in writing to a greater level of liability. This is not insurance. (2X TXDMV minimum requirement of $0.60/lb)

Damage Claim Process

  1. Per the requirements of TXDMV Wildcat Movers will first send you a Claim Acknowledgement Letter via email.
  2. Wildcat Movers will review the damage claim with the movers on your move including your pictures. This step may take several days, but we will do our best to expedite your claim.
  3. If we find that the damages were caused by the negligence of Wildcat Movers we will send you a Claim Settlement Letter via email.
