Wildcat Movers will continue the same COVID protocol we had before the lifting of the Texas mask mandate. Please see our procedures below.

Wildcat Movers is taking the COVID-19 very seriously. We will be following the guidance of the federal, state, and local authorities to best protect our team members, clients, and community.

Virtual In Home Quotes

At this time we are only doing Virtual In Home Quotes via Facetime, Zoom, or any other video chat application. If you prefer a different video chat application let us know and we will do our best to accomodate. Wildcat Movers has been performing Virtual In Home Estimates as an option for over a year now so you will get the same great service from our Move Coordinators Virtual as you would in person. Our Move Coordinators are primarily working from home at this time to limit the number of people our team members are encountering on a daily basis.

How is Wildcat Movers handling COVID-19?

Mask During Walkthrough

All movers will be required to wear a mask during the walk through and invoicing. Moving is a very strenuous physical activity, and we will not require them to wear a mask while moving. Please social distance from the movers while moving.

Communicate & Be Conscientious

Communicate with clients if you feel someone is not respecting your right to safety.

Social Distancing

We will do our best to keep social distance.

NO sick movers

We will not dispatch any movers showing signs of illness.

NO sick clients

We will not work for clients showing signs of illness, cough, or fever.

Disinfect Trucks & Equipment

Everyday we will disinfect handles, steering wheel, and dollies.

How can you help?

Wear Mask

Please wear mask during the walk through and when in the same room as movers.

Social Distancing

Please designate one person in your home to interact with the movers, and try to keep a distance of 6+ ft.

Disinfect

Prior to our arrival disinfect all door handles, and commonly touched surfaces.

Open Door & Windows

Prior to our arrival open all doors, and open some windows for fresh air.

NO sick clients

Please inform us prior to your move should you become ill, or if you have been in contact with someone that is ill so we can reschedule. Our movers will not move anyone that is sick.

Booked Clients

During these challenging times Wildcat Movers is doing everything we can to continue operating in a safe manner. You will receive a confirmation call from one of our Move Coordinators the day before your move. In the mean time we will also send you an email should the situation change. Don’t hesitate to call us with any questions or concerns.
