Valuation (Carrier’s LIability)

On the very rare occasion that a damage occurs Wildcat Movers offers $1.20/lb per article. TWICE the TXDMV minimum requirement of $0.60/lb. Every customer will sign a contract with Wildcat Movers before the move begins. The following statement is on EVERY contract:

Carrier’s Liability: The household good carrier’s liability for loss or damage to any shipment is $1.20/lb per article unless the carrier and shipper agree, in writing to a greater level of liability. This is not insurance. (2X TXDMV minimum requirement of $0.60/lb)
